James Grieves Reserve for British Final

James Grieves failed narrowly in his bid to qualify for the British Championship Final in the second leg at Sheffield. Grieves was well placed from the first leg at Wolverhampton but realistically needed to score 8 or 9 points at Sheffield. James started well with a win in his first outing but ran last in his next two heats before recovering to take 6 points.

This left him with 18 points overall in seventh place over the two legs. This made James the first reserve for the final.
